The Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Centro Mexicano para la Filantropía — CEMEFI) is a non-profit civil association, unaffiliated with any political party, race or religion, founded in December 1988. As an authorized donor recipient, it is empowered by the Mexican Ministry of the Treasury (Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público) to emit tax-deductible receipts. Its headquarters are located in Mexico City and its field of action encompasses the entire country.
